Hi Steve and Karyl
My apologies, as I should have written this letter to you both much sooner.
Greg and I both would like to thank you immensely for selling our home in the present circumstances when there is such a downturn in the market.
As you know, we had our house on and off the market over an 18 month period listed with several agents. Each time we listed we would have to drop our price once again and still it would not sell. However, once we listed our house with you it became very evident within days of listing with you that our house would at last sell. The professional photos you organized for the website were very impressive. You are so professional and approachable and have a great ability to make your clients feel positive even in our most challenging selling market.
Within a three week period I think we had had 13 inspections. This was almost more inspections than we had had in 18 months previous. You always provided feedback immediately after an inspection which was very much appreciated. The fact that you worked Sundays and public holidays was definitely a bonus for us as we signed our contract over the Easter holiday break, after you negotiated a suitable outcome for both us and the buyer.
Steve you definitely "go the extra mile" for your clients and you certainly made us feel like our house was the only house you were trying to sell. We certainly were treated as VIP clients or at least that was our impression.
